Tom first replaced a part that did not turn out to be the problem. He came back to replace a different part, which also didn’t turn out to be the problem. He worked for close to 3 hours to figure out what was wrong. Refrigerator has worked fine since. He only charged us for the first part and service call- nothing for the second time he came out.

We have used them twice now. Once for an outdoor refrigerator that they found was still under warranty and saved us a lot of money. The other time was for our indoor ice maker. They were excellent both times and very professional. Highly recommend!
